Vertex was founded by a group of technology professionals in 1996. By offering superior IT services, Vertex grew and worked with Microsoft, Mitsui, NTT DoCoMo and a number of innovative software product companies in US and Japan. Expansion continued to include offices in Boston and Tokyo, besides the head office in Pune, India. In Nov 2007, NTT DATA - Japan’s largest and World’s 15th largest IT services company, acquired majority stake in Vertex, further extending its ability to serve customers.
