Tak Iritani has been a board member of Vertex Software since the inception of its partnership with NTT DATA in 2007. He is currently full-time Executive Director and responsible for Strategy and Finance. He has been with NTT DATA for over 15 years and exposed to global business environment. In his previous responsibility, he led significant global projects such as strategic acquisitions and restructuring of the non-core business for NTT DATA. He graduated from Columbia Business School in New York with his MBA. He is also a graduate of the University of Tokyo where he earned bachelor’s degree in laws. |

Before joining Vertex as a full time director, he was senior consultant in eBusiness area with Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting. Nitin has been instrumental in developing Japan business for Vertex.
