Vertex Software Innuagrates its New Facility by the hands of Shinichi Yamada, CTO of NTT DATA

Shinichi Yamada, CTO of NTT DATA inaugurated the new facility of Vertex Software located at Aundh. The new office is planned to be around 35,000sq.ft. and can house 360 people. This is a major expansion for Vertex Software with an investment of over 1.5 million USD (Rs.6 Crores).

NTT DATA acquires majority stake in Vertex

NTT DATA, Japan's largest independent and World's 15th largest IT services company has acquired 68.7% equity in Vertex. The remaining equity will be with management shareholders. Vertex will be a independent operating company in the NTT DATA group. With this acquisition, Vertex will expand its business with NTT DATA and its subsidiaries in US and Europe while continuing to grow its current business and acquire new clients.

Logicsoft Inc. is a specialist software consulting company with its focus on enterprise reporting and client relationships with fortune 500 companies in the US, With this alliance Logicsoft gains access to Vertex's high quality offshore development infrastructure and Vertex gains access to robust marketing infrastructure of Logicsoft in the key US markets.

Vertex establishes a development center for FITEC

Vertex Software has established an offshore development centre for Furukawa Information Technology Corporation (FITEC) Japan, part of the $6 Billion (Rs. 28,000 Crore) Furukawa Group. FITEC has selected Vertex to establish a 20 member offshore development centre (ODC) in Pune.
